Asesor Educativo (matemáticas)

Responsibilities

• Ensure pedagogical quality and depth of Innovamat's implementation in educational centers.
• Provide training and didactic support to teachers and internal teams.
• Visit educational centers to conduct classroom observations, modeling sessions, and didactic practices.
• Offer pedagogical and technical feedback to teaching staff to improve mathematical instruction.
• Design and execute training plans for different educational stages (Infant, Primary, and Secondary).
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and the pedagogical team to detect needs and share learnings.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for mathematics didactics and educational impact.
• High mathematical capacity and ability to analyze mathematical content.
• Previous classroom experience teaching mathematics in at least one educational stage.
• Fluency in both Catalan and Spanish.
• Valid driving license.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with educators.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience providing training to teachers or supporting methodological change processes.
• Experience working with innovative mathematical pedagogical models.
• Interest in working in dynamic, high-impact educational environments.
