About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute and follow up on sales plans to increase student enrollment
- Establish corporate links and partnerships to drive student attraction
- Conduct follow-ups via telephone, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom with generated contacts
- Manage and update the CRM database with new prospects
- Ensure the fulfillment of weekly and monthly performance indicators
- Provide high-quality customer service and attention to prospects on campus
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Commercial Careers, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably with intangible products (education, finance, insurance, banking, or telecommunications)
- Experience in telemarketing, corporate sales, or similar commercial roles
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
