Responsibilities

• Execute the university's promotion plan with partner schools and prospects to increase student enrollment.
• Present assigned study programs using value-based sales presentation models.
• Ensure weekly enrollment goals are met for each assigned partner school.
• Provide personalized attention and follow-up to assigned educational institutions.
• Validate and manage databases provided by executives to ensure accurate tracking.
• Participate in marketing activities, including fairs, events, and exhibitions.
• Manage the pipeline of applicants and admitted students to achieve enrollment targets.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably involving intangible products.
• Proven experience in customer service and promotion campaigns.
• Strong sales closing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
