About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the university's promotion plan to establish links and increase student enrollment at the Mazatlán campus
- Ensure the achievement of weekly enrollment goals
- Prospect companies and attend events or activations to promote educational offerings
- Provide personalized attention to prospective students
- Create and manage databases, including following up on leads provided by executives
- Participate in marketing activities such as fairs, events, and expos
- Ensure the necessary number of applicants and admitted students to meet enrollment targets
Requirements
- Completed professional degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience selling intangible products (e.g., education, finance, insurance, banking, or telecommunications)
- Strong customer service skills
- Results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
