About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute the university's promotion plan to establish links and increase student enrollment at the Mazatlán campus
  • Ensure the achievement of weekly enrollment goals
  • Prospect companies and attend events or activations to promote educational offerings
  • Provide personalized attention to prospective students
  • Create and manage databases, including following up on leads provided by executives
  • Participate in marketing activities such as fairs, events, and expos
  • Ensure the necessary number of applicants and admitted students to meet enrollment targets

Requirements

  • Completed professional degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
  • Experience selling intangible products (e.g., education, finance, insurance, banking, or telecommunications)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
