Responsibilities

• Execute the university's promotion plan with partner schools and prospects to increase student enrollment.
• Provide personalized attention to assigned schools to establish strong institutional links.
• Perform follow-up and validation of databases provided by executives.
• Ensure student participation in retention work plans to guarantee enrollment commitment.
• Achieve established enrollment and recruitment goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Commercial careers, or a related field (must be graduated).
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably with intangible products (education, finance, insurance, banking, or telecommunications).
• Proven experience in customer service, promotional campaigns, corporate sales, and closing sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
