About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the university's promotion plan with partner schools and prospects to increase student enrollment.
- Present assigned study programs using value-based sales presentation models.
- Ensure weekly enrollment goals are met for each assigned partner school.
- Provide personalized attention and follow-up to assigned schools and prospects.
- Validate and manage databases provided by executives to ensure accurate tracking.
- Participate in marketing activities, including fairs, events, and exhibitions.
- Manage the pipeline of applicants and admitted students to achieve enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Commercial Careers, or a related field (must be graduated).
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably with intangible products (education, finance, insurance, banking, or telecommunications).
- Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or corporate sales.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Ability to manage promotional campaigns and lead generation.
