Responsibilities

• Provide proactive customer service by handling requests, inquiries, and complaints for walk-in clients.
• Support commercial management through the sale and promotion of financial products, including personal loans, credit cards, insurance, and mutual funds.
• Drive deposit capture and customer retention to meet agency growth and profitability goals.
• Execute cross-selling strategies to increase customer loyalty and product usage.
• Utilize commercial management tools such as Counselor and Ventana Comercial to maximize client engagement.
• Collaborate closely with service staff to reinforce product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

• Incomplete university degree or completed technical degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Promoter.
• Knowledge of the Bantotal system.
