Asesor de ventas turisticas

Responsibilities

• Create and manage customized tourist packages to provide unique travel experiences.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication to clients in physical store locations.
• Drive sales and meet performance targets to maximize commission earnings.
• Work on-site at Despegar or Viajes Falabella physical stores in the Chía/Fontanar area.
• Manage rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, including one compensatory day during the week.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and assembling tourist packages (mandatory).
• Degree in Tourism or a related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of results orientation and motivation by commission-based incentives.
