Asesor de Ventas Telefónicas

Responsibilities

• Execute direct sales of Anzen products through telemarketing, specifically focusing on additional auto insurance policies (GAP insurance).
• Perform outbound calls to customers to pitch benefits and close sales.
• Conduct prospecting through quotes and detailed information regarding program benefits.
• Ensure all phone calls follow the critical points of the established sales script.
• Meet sales targets and productivity goals.
• Maintain accurate records and contact results within the database.
• Perform necessary system validations prior to making calls.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachillerato certificate is mandatory).
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, specifically in credit cards, telemarketing for automotive, or real estate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (basic to intermediate level).
• Strong spelling and written communication skills.
• Availability to work the afternoon shift (Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 20:00, and rotating shifts on Saturdays).
• Strong soft skills including clear communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
