About the role

Responsibilities

  • Promote assigned real estate projects and act as an intermediary between clients and the developer.
  • Provide personalized sales advisory to meet project goals and close sales.
  • Manage the opening and closing of model homes, ensuring facilities are in optimal condition.
  • Follow customer service protocols for all scheduled appointments to provide a high-quality experience.
  • Capture and update prospect information and follow-ups daily in Salesforce.
  • Assist clients with bank pre-qualification to facilitate the purchasing process.
  • Conduct quarterly market studies to compare competitors and adjust sales strategies.
  • Attend weekly meetings with the Manager to review progress and performance feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of local market trends, prices, and the area of influence.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
  • Ability to maintain punctuality and adhere to assigned guard schedules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SEP certification in Real Estate Commercialization Advisory (ECO110.02).
  • SEP certification in INFONAVIT Products (ECO903.02).
