About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote assigned real estate projects and act as an intermediary between clients and the developer.
- Provide personalized sales advisory to meet project goals and close sales.
- Manage the opening and closing of model homes, ensuring facilities are in optimal condition.
- Follow customer service protocols for all scheduled appointments to provide a high-quality experience.
- Capture and update prospect information and follow-ups daily in Salesforce.
- Assist clients with bank pre-qualification to facilitate the purchasing process.
- Conduct quarterly market studies to compare competitors and adjust sales strategies.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Manager to review progress and performance feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of local market trends, prices, and the area of influence.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
- Ability to maintain punctuality and adhere to assigned guard schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- SEP certification in Real Estate Commercialization Advisory (ECO110.02).
- SEP certification in INFONAVIT Products (ECO903.02).
