Responsibilities
- Negotiate and ensure the fulfillment of individual sales objectives to contribute to general business goals.
- Manage and ensure the installation of the Yomp Kit and advertising materials to initiate site operations.
- Advise, develop, and ensure the service model aligns with the Associate's profile and business potential to achieve profitability.
- Secure and recover sites that have ceased operations to maintain an adequate active site index.
- Ensure the best utilization of company resources to avoid unnecessary expenses.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Preparatoria) or Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas.
- 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
- 1 year of experience in Sales.
- 1 year of experience in Training/Capacitación.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and market execution.
- Ability in route planning and organization.
- Knowledge of installation processes and training delivery.
