About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide follow-up and accompaniment for hospitalized patient procedures to ensure proper service for the insured
- Execute service protocols to deliver a differentiated experience to policyholders
- Monitor insured satisfaction regarding hospital and treating physician care to address concerns promptly
- Manage requests for surgery scheduling and hospital reports to provide timely responses to the insured
- Provide administrative advisory to treating physicians to clarify doubts and procedures
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Economic-Administrative areas
- Experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Google Suite and/or basic Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of administrative management (planning and control) and information analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance sector, specifically in the GMM (Gastos Médicos Mayores) branch
- Knowledge of GMM policy general conditions
- Experience in health services or as an administrative assistant
