About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the dispatch of finished products, ensuring quantities and products match client specifications.
- Manage the loading schedule and support the national security strategy.
- Provide telephone customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Handle monetary inflows including cash, checks, and bank card payments.
- Reconcile shift entries and exits for cement and multi-products.
- Control documentation such as scanning remittances, managing returns, and weighing tickets.
- Prepare daily reports regarding inventory, production, and daily outputs.
- Implement road safety protocols, including express checklists and driver logs.
- Assign activities to technical personnel in the absence of a Supervisor.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, related Engineering fields, or Accounting.
- Proven experience in dispatch operations.
- Experience in customer service within the cement or multi-product dispatch process.
- English proficiency level B1 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (beginner to advanced).
