About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute the dispatch of finished products, ensuring quantities and products match client specifications.
  • Manage the loading schedule and support the national security strategy.
  • Provide telephone customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Handle monetary inflows including cash, checks, and bank card payments.
  • Reconcile shift entries and exits for cement and multi-products.
  • Control documentation such as scanning remittances, managing returns, and weighing tickets.
  • Prepare daily reports regarding inventory, production, and daily outputs.
  • Implement road safety protocols, including express checklists and driver logs.
  • Assign activities to technical personnel in the absence of a Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, related Engineering fields, or Accounting.
  • Proven experience in dispatch operations.
  • Experience in customer service within the cement or multi-product dispatch process.
  • English proficiency level B1 or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (beginner to advanced).
