About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the dispatch of finished products, ensuring correct quantities and products are delivered according to customer specifications and loading schedules.
  • Provide telephone customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Handle monetary inflows including cash, checks, and card payments, and coordinate with value collectors.
  • Reconcile shift entries and exits for cement and multi-products.
  • Control documentation such as scanning remittances, managing returns, and handling weighing tickets.
  • Prepare daily reports regarding inventory, production, and daily outputs.
  • Execute railroad documentation and monitor road safety protocols, including driver logs and risk route files.
  • Support technical personnel and oversee operations in the absence of a Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, various Engineering disciplines, or Accounting.
  • Proven experience in dispatching operations.
  • Experience in customer service, specifically within the cement or multi-product dispatch process.
  • English language proficiency at a B1 level or higher.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (beginner to advanced).
