About the role
Responsibilities
- Elaborate databases and collect relevant information for risk administration
- Create, update, and analyze loss reports, renewals, and movements
- Follow up on insurance claims and loss incidents
- Provide assistance regarding claims inquiries for Damage, Transport, Auto, Bonds, and Benefits
- Support risk prevention, finance, management control, and accounting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (titulado)
- 0 to 1 year of experience in the insurance, finance, or consulting sectors
- Knowledge of insurance sector regulations
- Experience in administrative process management
- Strong analytical skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
