Asesor de Seguridad

Responsibilities

• Analyze established security procedures to prevent theft, loss, or robbery of shipments.
• Support private security and custody personnel through active monitoring and oversight.
• Utilize CCTV equipment and other support tools to protect company assets, facilities, and human resources.
• Conduct investigations to detect dishonest actions by active personnel and perform interviews with suspected parties.
• Audit local delivery units by verifying physical guide numbers against manifests to ensure all shipments are scanned.
• Monitor high-value shipment receptions and coordinate with operations to alert destination sites.
• Analyze custody services for long-distance routes and collection services to prevent vehicle theft.
• Oversee cargo destined for or originating from national borders, including coordination with trained detection dogs.
• Supervise and apply internal policies regarding access control and personnel management.

Requirements

• University degree or partially completed studies in Administration, Law, Psychology, or Criminology.
• At least 1 year of experience in asset security (seguridad patrimonial) and/or safety and hygiene.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office for report generation and results presentation.
