Responsibilities

• Ensure the execution of training processes and methodologies for new commission-based and administrative staff.
• Deliver theoretical courses and conduct knowledge evaluations to determine skill mastery.
• Monitor program compliance and evaluate the performance of trainees and staff during training periods.
• Report low performance or attitude issues to the Training Manager.
• Coordinate with the Zonal Manager for partial evaluations and team release for store handovers.
• Manage transportation support payments for trainees and administer databases for trainer bonuses.
• Generate and safeguard administrative documentation and weekly indicator reports.
• Execute training programs based on specific zonal needs and provide weekly operational retraining for active store staff.
• Audit and provide feedback on process execution within training stores.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources or related fields).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources or training roles.
• Proven experience in training new hires and managing training processes.
• Strong skills in supervision, control, and evaluation of training programs.
• Excellent verbal communication and information transmission skills.
• Ability to manage standards and complex processes.
• Availability to work according to required schedules.
