Responsibilities

• Execute the B2B commercial strategy for corporate consulting and customized services within the Puebla territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Continuous Education and Consulting.
• Prospect industrial portfolios, specifically focusing on the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Manage and develop strategic accounts to drive sustained revenue growth.
• Design and negotiate value propositions that address specific corporate needs, including talent training, innovation, and organizational development.
• Lead collaborative efforts to increase institutional presence in the industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales.
• Completed Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate degree in Business or related fields is a plus).
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in communication tools including Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals at a director-level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Expertise in designing customized educational or consulting proposals.
• Strong skills in digital proposal generation tools like Canva.
