Asesor de Organizaciones-Multisector

Responsibilities

• Execute the B2B commercial strategy for corporate consulting and customized services to drive revenue growth.
• Prospect and develop a portfolio focused on the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Identify and manage strategic accounts to increase institutional presence in the industry.
• Design and negotiate value propositions for continuous education, talent training, and organizational development.
• Lead collaborative development efforts to meet specific corporate needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales.
• Completed Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate degree in Business or Sales is a plus).
• Mastery of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills at the executive level.
• Ability to perform needs diagnostics and active listening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Advanced proficiency in digital communication tools (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet).
• Experience creating professional proposals using Canva or PowerPoint.
