About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute the B2B commercial strategy for corporate consulting and customized services to drive revenue growth.
- Prospect new business opportunities within the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and manage strategic accounts to increase institutional presence in the industry.
- Design and negotiate value propositions tailored to corporate needs, including talent training and organizational development.
- Lead collaborative efforts to identify business opportunities in Continuous Education and Consulting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales.
- Bachelor's degree (Postgraduate degree in Business or related fields is a plus).
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Mastery of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills at the executive level.
- Ability to use digital communication and proposal tools (Teams, Zoom, Canva).
