About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner for business and government leaders to detect needs and offer commercial solutions.
- Establish permanent links with regional companies and government entities to identify short, medium, and long-term sales opportunities.
- Guarantee the achievement of regional goals regarding income and surplus.
- Manage and lead a commercial team, ensuring alignment with regional commitments and income targets.
- Conduct weekly team meetings to review goal progress, sales flow, and surplus.
- Oversee the sales commission process and implement actions to reduce overdue accounts.
- Ensure all interactions and sales with companies and government are accurately recorded in the CRM.
