Asesor de Negocio Individual

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned sales and financial indicators related to individual micro-credits
• Conduct field prospecting (cambaceo) to identify and open new market niches for micro-entrepreneurs
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
• Manage collection processes for delinquent clients, including documentation and formal reporting
• Correctly integrate and organize all credit files and documentation

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with database management
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Effective communication and analytical capacity
• 1 year of experience in individual credit management is preferred
