Asesor de Licencias y Permisos

Responsibilities

• Manage the acquisition and renewal of operating licenses, including signage, extraordinary hours, and alcohol permits.
• Provide legal certainty regarding applicable regulations and obligations for convenience stores across different jurisdictions.
• Respond to requirements from various authorities, including environmental, administrative, health, Profeco, and Condusef.
• Manage specific permits for events, maintenance, and prevention to ensure continuous store operations.
• Coordinate with Notaries and Corredurías for document certification and official verification.
• Negotiate with authorities to ensure compliance while avoiding unnecessary or non-obligatory payments.

Requirements

• Completed and titled Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in managing and following up on procedures with government agencies.
• Deep knowledge of operating licenses, specifically regarding alcohol permits and commercial regulations.
• Ability to ensure all permits and licenses remain current to support store functionality.
