About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of store sales targets while guaranteeing a premium customer experience.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and restock products according to store guidelines.
- Operate the cash register following current procedures to ensure agile billing and positive customer departures.
- Follow Health and Safety policies to ensure the integrity of customers and staff.
- Adhere to personal presentation codes (uniforms, accessories) and maintain store cleanliness.
- Collaborate on general operational tasks including order, delivery reception, and store organization.
- Assist the Store Manager with additional functions as required.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education.
- Wide availability of working hours, including weekends.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
- Experience with recognized commercial brands is a plus.
