Responsibilities

• Lead location development and expansion strategies within the Centro-1-Norte region.
• Identify and evaluate potential new sites for business growth.
• Manage real estate opportunities and location development processes.
• Execute expansion plans to increase the company's regional footprint.

Requirements

• Proven experience in expansion, real estate, or location development.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive standard (manual) vehicles.
• Full availability to travel as required by the role.
