Asesor de Expansion

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily prospecting visits to identify strategic locations for new Circle K stores
• Analyze and evaluate potential sites for commercial, financial, and operational viability
• Lead negotiations with landlords and property owners
• Ensure all expansion proposals remain within the authorized budget
• Develop and present viability projections for new locations to area managers and zonal management
• Maintain detailed route logs and site visit reports

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (completed or in progress)
• Previous experience in expansion, real estate, or site development is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
• Valid driver's license
• Full availability for travel and flexible scheduling
