Responsibilities

• Negotiate payment agreements with delinquent customers in accordance with company policies to resolve accounts in the shortest possible timeframe.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide information regarding overdue debts to facilitate payment solutions.
• Execute and coordinate with relevant units the application and activation of discounts, refinancings, and/or reprogrammings.
• Register all customer interactions in the SAGEC system to ensure quality follow-up and tracking.
• Perform administrative and documentary control of refinancing files to ensure proper approval and custody.

Requirements

• Completed technical or university studies (or in final cycles) in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in field collections management.
• Basic knowledge of financial and banking tools.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability to perform field work and mobility to manage the portfolio in the San Miguel area.
