About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers via telephone and digital channels (SMS, email, etc.) to offer solutions for timely payments.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships and maximize debt recovery.
  • Provide preventive communication regarding upcoming payment due dates to maintain good payment behavior.
  • Validate and update customer information within the collections management system.
  • Identify customer needs during inbound and outbound calls and offer appropriate financial alternatives.
  • Register all commitments, solutions, and responses in the collections system.
  • Execute and coordinate financial solutions such as online exonerations, discounts, refinancings, and reprogrammings.
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, risk management frameworks, and anti-money laundering regulations.

Requirements

  • Background as a Teleoperator, IT Technician, or student of Administration or related fields.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
