About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact customers via telephone and digital channels (SMS, email, etc.) to offer solutions for timely payments.
- Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen relationships and maximize debt recovery.
- Provide preventive communication regarding upcoming payment due dates to maintain good payment behavior.
- Validate and update customer information within the collections management system.
- Identify customer needs during inbound and outbound calls and offer appropriate financial alternatives.
- Register all commitments, solutions, and responses in the collections system.
- Execute and coordinate financial solutions such as online exonerations, discounts, refinancings, and reprogrammings.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, risk management frameworks, and anti-money laundering regulations.
Requirements
- Background as a Teleoperator, IT Technician, or student of Administration or related fields.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
