Responsibilities

• Manage the reception, registration, and archiving of original client documents and files for the safeguarding of applications and contracts.
• Perform digital and physical searches for documents and invoices.
• Maintain strict inventory control of documentation (both digital and physical) to be delivered to buyers as part of the debt portfolio sale project.
• Register file statuses within control logs to ensure process quality.
• Handle extraordinary documentation requests and safeguard files in specialized work areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in archiving, warehouse management, document custody, or document administration.
• Experience in credit origination processes or customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Aguascalientes from Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 7:00 pm) with occasional Saturday shifts.
