Responsibilities

• Manage the reception, registration, and archiving of original client documents and contracts for safekeeping.
• Maintain control files and track the status of various files and dossiers.
• Perform digital and physical searches for specific documentation.
• Handle extraordinary documentation requests as they arise.
• Maintain strict inventory control of both digital and physical documentation to be delivered to buyers.
• Securely store documentation in specialized work areas for the debt portfolio sale project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Law, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in archiving, warehouse management, document custody, or document management.
• Experience in credit origination processes or customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Aguascalientes from Monday to Friday (9:00 am - 7:00 pm) with occasional Saturday shifts.
