Responsibilities

• Manage high-value client claims, clarifications, and controversies to ensure correct classification and efficient resolution.
• Develop high-level analytical skills to manage clarification processes and workflows effectively.
• Apply correct classification and identify the root cause of fraud or controversy events using supporting evidence and documentation.
• Establish efficient response times for high-value clients referred by senior management and commercial banking leadership.
• Present modifications to the Internal Bureau for High-Value Clients before various committees to ensure differentiated service.

Requirements

• Completed degree in economic-administrative areas.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in credit evaluation (Credit Cards, Mortgage, Payroll, or Personal loans), customer service, and fraud prevention.
• Strong knowledge of financial mathematics for calculating investment instrument yields.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including dashboards, pivot tables, database registration, and executive presentations.
• English language proficiency at a 50% level.
