About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, empathetic, and respectful service to high-level executives, students, and parents.
- Manage the campus director's agenda and coordinate daily activities.
- Resolve inquiries and complaints through multiple channels, including in-person, telephone, and digital platforms.
- Follow up on user requests to ensure complete resolution within established timeframes.
- Channel requests to the appropriate departments while maintaining detailed case histories.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of campus services and processes to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Requirements
- Completed university degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, academic services, or enrollment management.
- Advanced spelling and writing skills in Spanish.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Toluca.
