About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, empathetic, and respectful service to high-level executives, students, and parents.
  • Manage the campus director's agenda and coordinate daily activities.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints through multiple channels, including in-person, telephone, and digital platforms.
  • Follow up on user requests to ensure complete resolution within established timeframes.
  • Channel requests to the appropriate departments while maintaining detailed case histories.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of campus services and processes to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, academic services, or enrollment management.
  • Advanced spelling and writing skills in Spanish.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B1 level).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Toluca.
