About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on the agenda for the PrepaTec Campus Cumbres Directorate, coordinating meetings, appointments, and strategic activities.
- Provide warm, professional, and timely service to students, parents, providers, and visitors.
- Act as a liaison between the Directorate and various campus areas to ensure effective communication and follow-up on agreements and projects.
- Coordinate administrative and logistical aspects for meetings, institutional events, and special visits.
- Support the organization and execution of campus events to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
- Proactively identify and execute opportunities for operational improvement and service excellence.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, user service, or administrative functions.
- English language level A1-B1 (Basic to Intermediate).
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
- High commitment to service excellence and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
