Responsibilities

• Manage the social license to operate, positioning, and reputation for CEMEX and its business units in the region.
• Implement the Public Affairs Plan and manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies.
• Develop and implement proactive strategies for the prevention and mitigation of social and environmental impacts.
• Act as a regional delegate for the Contingency System to manage responses to crises, emergencies, or natural disasters.
• Drive resilience strategies for priority business units, including the coordination of local disaster response plans.
• Manage stakeholder relations, including the handling of external complaints and incidents.
• Promote a culture of resilience and value creation among internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Social Responsibility, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), social development, or institutional relations.
• 1 year of experience managing programs or projects with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong project administration skills.
• Proven knowledge of community relations and Corporate Social Responsibility.
