About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote professional educational offerings to attract and enroll new students
- Implement and execute promotional activities to increase the prospect database
- Organize attraction events and build relationships with partner schools
- Manage the full admission cycle, including prospecting, follow-up, and enrollment support
- Provide guidance on the scholarship process to prospective students
- Maintain accurate records of applicants and enrollees using CRM tools
- Generate reports and presentations to evaluate recruitment performance and market trends
Requirements
- University degree in Administration, Marketing, or Communication (required)
- Experience in sales, public relations, customer service, or event logistics
- Proficiency in CRM management and Microsoft Excel
- Full availability to work flexible schedules
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
