Responsibilities

• Implement commercial strategies within the assigned region to drive growth in the on-board sales channel.
• Ensure sales budget coverage and regional profitability.
• Identify specific business opportunities to increase sales and product line distribution.
• Execute business plans to strengthen market presence and develop current client relationships.
• Monitor results and deviations, generating action plans to meet territory objectives.
• Manage resources efficiently by controlling budgets and optimizing operating expenses.

Requirements

• Professional degree or incomplete degree (Licenciatura trunca).
• 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar commercial role.
• Knowledge of sales administration and budget management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree (Maestría).
• Specialized training in Sales, Customer Service, or Retail.
