About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, negotiate, and close strategic alliances and sponsorships
- Develop commercial relationships with brands, architects, designers, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate commercial and diffusion strategies alongside Direction and Operations
- Follow up on memberships, contracts, collections, and alliance renewals
- Coordinate the experience of allies and sponsors during events
- Identify growth and positioning opportunities for the brand
- Represent the company institutionally in specialized events and forums
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, sponsorships, or commercial management
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Experience negotiating with stakeholders, brands, and sponsors
- Experience in event management, activations, and public relations
- Proficiency in CRM and commercial report analysis
- Knowledge of budget integration, contracts, and collections
- Proficiency in Office suite and management tools like Asana or Monday
