Responsibilities
- Drive company objectives regarding volume, price, coverage, portfolio, and market share.
- Advise customers on product ranges and services to provide differentiated offers and increase sales.
- Prospect new and existing clients within the assigned zone to expand business relationships and market share.
- Manage current and overdue accounts to ensure cash flow return and meet portfolio objectives.
- Coordinate comparative tests to ensure CEMEX product properties meet market standards.
- Analyze competitor strategies, volumes, and pricing to implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Implement commercial strategies aligned with the annual sales and cash flow plan.
- Maintain active client accounts and corresponding documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial, operational, project administration, or process areas.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of industrial sales and prospecting.
- Knowledge of construction materials and industrial processes.
- Proven skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and customer focus.
