Asesor Comercial de Concreto

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial opportunities in the industrial construction sector through market prospecting and strategic relationship management.
• Conduct regular site visits to industrial works to identify opportunities and build relationships with engineers and decision-makers.
• Coordinate technical and commercial meetings with project managers to ensure business opportunities are closed.
• Perform field visits to validate the start of new projects and gather relevant technical information.
• Identify and analyze new market niches to position company products and services from the early stages of a project.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and maintain consistent client contact.
• Prepare weekly commercial reports consolidating sales data, site visits, and new opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Engineering.
• 3 years of experience as a Commercial Advisor in the construction sector (experience in concrete sales is preferred).
• Valid B1 Driver's License and possession of a personal vehicle.
• Proven skills in commercial prospecting and opening new markets.
• Ability to identify commercial opportunities during the initial phases of construction projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CRM software for client and pipeline management.
