Responsibilities

• Sell ready-mix concrete to current and prospective clients while adhering to pricing strategies and operating margins.
• Advise customers on product ranges and services to provide differentiated offers and increase sales volume.
• Prospect new and existing potential clients within the assigned area to grow market share.
• Manage current and overdue accounts to ensure cash flow and achieve a zero overdue portfolio objective.
• Design and manage sales plans to meet company profitability and volume targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial/sales role (preferably within the industry).
• Knowledge of sales strategies and report development.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
