Responsibilities

• Sell ready-mix concrete to current and prospective clients while adhering to pricing strategies and operating margins.
• Advise clients on product ranges and services to provide differentiated offers and increase sales volume.
• Prospect new and existing potential clients within the assigned area to grow market share.
• Manage current and overdue accounts to ensure cash flow return and achieve zero overdue debt objectives.
• Prepare product quotes and budgets to facilitate negotiations and close sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial/sales role (preferably within the industry).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic English language skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
