Responsibilities

• Sell ready-mix concrete to current and prospective clients while adhering to pricing strategies and operating margins.
• Advise clients on product ranges and services to provide differentiated offers and increase sales volume.
• Prospect new and existing potential clients within the assigned area to expand market share.
• Manage current and overdue accounts to ensure cash flow and achieve zero overdue debt objectives.
• Prepare product quotes and lead negotiations to successfully close sales.
• Monitor the commercial environment, including industry prices, competition, and manufacturers.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure service levels and delivery standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial/sales role (preferably within the construction industry).
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies.
• Demonstrated focus on customer service and ability to build trust.
