Responsibilities

• Sell ready-mix concrete to current and prospective clients while adhering to pricing, margin, and volume strategies.
• Advise clients on product ranges and services to provide differentiated offers and increase sales.
• Prospect new and existing potential clients within the assigned area to grow market share and the client portfolio.
• Manage current and overdue accounts to ensure cash flow return and achieve a zero overdue balance objective.
• Prepare product quotes for clients to facilitate negotiations and close sales.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a commercial/sales role (preferably within the industry).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic English language skills.
