Responsibilities

• Implement sales and specification strategies within the assigned territory to increase product consumption among clients and builders.
• Detect new business opportunities with current and potential clients to establish growth plans and meet budget targets.
• Manage territory through scheduled visit itineraries, providing technical advice on product lines based on client needs.
• Promote Rotoplas products by identifying construction projects, works, and real estate developments to ensure product specification.
• Monitor and follow up on new construction projects to detect market opportunities.
• Collaborate with installers and contractors to provide product solutions and recommendations for various types of works.
• Plan and execute technical training programs for installers, contractors, and developers.
• Record market and competitor information to contribute to regional strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with internal administrative processes and maintain work tools in optimal condition.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing strategies.
• Proven experience within the construction industry.
• AutoCAD certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proactive attitude and strong technical sales skills.
