Asesor Comercial - Concreto/Materiales para la construcción

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products and services to meet tactical commercial objectives.
• Develop a sustainable client portfolio by prospecting new and existing customers.
• Provide technical advice to clients regarding the use and benefits of high-value products.
• Contribute to monthly and annual goals related to profitability, sales volume, pricing, and margins.
• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) guidelines to promote a zero-accident culture.
• Identify business opportunities through personalized service and needs assessment.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in commercial sales.
• Proven experience in field sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
• Background in cement, concrete, or construction materials.
• Bachelor's degree in any field (Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred).
• Residency in Campeche or surrounding areas with local geographic knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with experience driving both manual and automatic transmissions.
