Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and generate reports required by the category to ensure sales targets are met
• Manage the registration of new suppliers and new products
• Maintain and update the category catalog correctly
• Follow up on administrative and operational requirements for the fast food category

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree or current student (pasante)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Strong skills in data management and analysis
• Ability to generate detailed reports and actionable insights
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the food industry
