Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new customers while recovering or improving relationships with existing clients.
• Advise customers on products and manage the credit application process in coordination with the Portfolio Administrator.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with the cashier/billing department for invoice generation.
• Manage collections, monitor portfolio value, and handle overdue invoices.
• Promote the complete product portfolio, margins, and Construrama value propositions.
• Monitor competitor activity, including pricing and promotions.
• Execute customer visits according to established routes.

Requirements

• Completed technical high school or partially completed higher education.
• Minimum age of 23 years.
• Must have a personal vehicle in good regulatory condition for daily use.
• Valid driver's license.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial, promotional, or operational areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer service and results.
• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
