About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales goals by using product knowledge to communicate features and benefits to consumers.
- Contribute to store KPIs including Conversion Rate (CR), Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive and easy-to-shop environment.
- Connect consumers with digital and omnichannel tools to provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Drive membership acquisition for the Creators Club through proactive service.
- Follow all store policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment and minimize stock loss.
- Work with a team-first mindset to contribute to an inclusive and welcoming workplace.
Requirements
- 1-2 months of experience in a retail or commercial environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to manage customer situations.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on connecting, engaging, and inspiring consumers.
- Agility and responsiveness in executing store tasks and processes.
- A desire for continuous learning regarding products, brand knowledge, and consumer behavior.
