About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets by using brand and product knowledge to meet consumer needs and close sales.
- Contribute to store KPIs including Conversion Rate (CR), Average Transaction Value (ATV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive and easy-to-shop environment.
- Connect consumers with digital and omnichannel tools to provide a seamless shopping experience.
- Drive membership acquisition for the Creators Club through proactive service.
- Follow all store policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment and minimize stock loss.
- Work with a team-first mindset to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace.
Requirements
- 1-2 months of experience in a retail or commercial environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage various customer situations effectively.
- Agility and responsiveness in executing store tasks and processes.
