Asesor CAC Logística PT

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer communications via email and telephone calls.
• Interact with internal Nissan solution areas and distributors to resolve requests.
• Guide and inform distributors regarding unit orders from the plant and their arrival at the dealership.
• Ensure compliance with established KPIs.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed or currently enrolled in a university degree (Economics or Administration preferred).
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 02:00 pm to 08:00 pm, including Saturday shifts from 09:00 am to 02:00 pm.
• Strong analytical skills, assertive communication, and ability to work under pressure.
• High level of concentration and capacity for rapid learning.
